In short: we collect the information you enter in our quote, carrier and agent forms so we can respond to your request. We use it to contact you by phone or email about your freight or working together. We don’t sell it. Submitting a form does not enroll you in text messages.
Who we are
Limitless Pro LLC (“Limitless Pro,” “we,” “us”) is a licensed freight brokerage based in Houston, Texas (MC 1532052). Information you give us
When you submit a form on the Site, we collect what you enter, which may include:
- Freight quote requests: your name, company, email, phone number, pickup and delivery locations, equipment type, commodity, pickup date, weight, dimensions, shipping frequency and any notes you add.
- Carrier setup requests: your name, company, MC number, phone, email, equipment, home base, number of trucks and any notes you add.
- Freight agent applications: your name, company, phone, email, experience level and any notes you add.
You can also contact us directly by phone or email, and we keep the information you share that way.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site we may receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you and campaign identifiers from links you clicked (for example UTM parameters, gclid or fbclid). When you submit a form we also record the page you submitted it from and the time of submission.
The Site uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure the performance of our advertising and to build audiences for it. The Pixel may set cookies and collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and whether you submitted a quote request. It does not receive the contents of the fields you type into our forms. Meta’s handling of this data is described in the Meta Privacy Policy. You can adjust how Meta uses data about you at facebook.com/adpreferences.
How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request, discuss availability and pricing, and coordinate a shipment if you book with us.
- To evaluate and follow up on carrier setup requests and freight agent applications.
- To contact you by phone or email about your request. If you asked about recurring freight, we may follow up about future shipments; you can ask us to stop at any time.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site, prevent spam and abuse, and measure our advertising.
- To comply with legal, regulatory and insurance obligations that apply to freight brokerage.
Text messages
Our web forms do not enroll you in text-message (SMS) communications. If we ever offer SMS updates, we will ask for your separate, express consent first, and you will be able to opt out by replying STOP.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to do what you asked us to do:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our customer relationship management (CRM) and communications platform, email and phone providers, and website hosting. These providers process your information on our behalf.
- Motor carriers and their drivers assigned to your shipment, who receive the shipment and contact details needed to pick up and deliver your freight.
- Insurers, factoring companies and compliance services where needed to set up a carrier, bill a shipment or resolve a claim.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena or regulation, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Limitless Pro, our customers, carriers or others.
- Business transfers — if Limitless Pro is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and contact records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records. Shipment records are kept as required by federal transportation regulations and our insurance and accounting obligations, which can be several years. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Your choices
- Stop contact: reply to any email or tell us by phone, and we will stop follow-up communications.
- Access, correct or delete: email Freight@limitlesspro.one and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity first.
- Cookies and advertising: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences with Meta at the link above. Blocking cookies will not affect your ability to request a quote.
Security
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
