Who we are

Limitless Pro LLC (“Limitless Pro,” “we,” “us”) is a licensed freight brokerage based in Houston, Texas (MC 1532052). This policy explains what information we collect through limitlesspro.one (the “Site”), how we use it and the choices you have. Information you give us

When you use a form on the Site, we collect what you enter, which may include:

• Instant quotes: pickup and delivery ZIP codes, whether it’s a full truckload or LTL/partial, equipment type, weight, pallet count, what you’re shipping, and your name, email, phone number and company.
• Load reservations: the pickup option you choose (for example Expedited or Scheduled), its rate and pickup window. We assign a load number and an agent to your reservation.
• Carrier setup requests: your name, company, MC number, phone, email, equipment, home base, number of trucks and any notes you add.
• Freight agent applications: your name, company, phone, email, experience level and any notes you add.

You can also contact us directly by phone or email, and we keep the information you share that way.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site we may receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and campaign identifiers from links you clicked (for example UTM parameters, gclid or fbclid). When you submit a form we also record the page you submitted it from and the time.

Advertising and analytics. The Site uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure our advertising, understand how the Site is used and build audiences for our ads. These tools may set cookies and receive information about your visit, such as pages viewed and actions you take: starting a quote, submitting a quote request, reserving a load (including the reserved rate amount), or tapping our phone number or email. They do not receive the names, emails, phone numbers or other details you type into our forms. Meta’s and Google’s handling of this data is described in the Meta Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

Mileage lookup. To calculate an instant quote, the pickup and delivery ZIP codes you enter are sent to a public ZIP code lookup service (Zippopotam.us) to find the city and approximate location. No other information is sent to it.

How we use your information

• To calculate your instant quote, hold your reservation, and arrange and coordinate your shipment.
• To send you quote and reservation confirmations and contact you by phone or email about your shipment. If you asked about recurring freight, we may follow up about future shipments; you can ask us to stop at any time.
• To evaluate and follow up on carrier setup requests and freight agent applications.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site, prevent spam and abuse, and measure our advertising.
• To bill for services and to comply with legal, regulatory and insurance obligations that apply to freight brokerage.

Text messages

Our web forms do not enroll you in text-message (SMS) communications. If we ever offer SMS updates, we will ask for your separate, express consent first, and you will be able to opt out by replying STOP.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to do what you asked us to do:

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, email delivery and phone providers, and website hosting. They process your information on our behalf.
• Motor carriers and their drivers assigned to your shipment, who receive the shipment and contact details needed to pick up and deliver your freight.
• Insurers, factoring companies and compliance services where needed to set up a carrier, bill a shipment or resolve a claim.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or regulation, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Limitless Pro, our customers, carriers or others.
• Business transfers: if Limitless Pro is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests, reservations and contact records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records. Shipment records are kept as required by federal transportation regulations and our insurance and accounting obligations, which can be several years. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Your choices

• Stop contact: reply to any email or tell us by phone, and we will stop follow-up communications.
• Access, correct or delete: email Freight@limitlesspro.one and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity first.
• Cookies and advertising: you can block or delete cookies in your browser, manage ad preferences with Meta at facebook.com/adpreferences and with Google at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not affect your ability to get a quote.

Security

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
