Shipper Terms & Conditions

Effective November 6, 2026 · Limitless Pro LLC · Licensed & bonded property broker, MC 1532052

The short version

1. Scope

These terms apply when you request a quote, reserve a load on limitlesspro.one, or tender a shipment to Limitless Pro LLC (“Limitless,” “we,” “us”) by phone, email or any other way. By reserving a load or tendering freight to us, you (“Shipper,” “you”) agree to these terms. If you have a signed shipper–broker agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

2. Our role as a broker

Limitless is a licensed property broker (FMCSA MC 1532052). We arrange transportation of your freight by authorized motor carriers. We are not a motor carrier, we do not take possession of your freight, and the carrier we arrange is responsible for its safe transportation. We select carriers that hold active operating authority and the insurance required by federal law.

3. Quotes and instant estimates

Prices shown on our website are estimates calculated from the information you enter (pickup and delivery ZIP codes, equipment, weight, pallet count and pickup option) and typical market rates for your lane. Mileage is approximate.

An estimate is not an offer to transport at that price for any shipment other than the one you described. If the actual shipment differs (for example weight, dimensions, commodity, locations, dates, or extra services such as liftgate, tarps, appointments, permits or escorts) the rate may change, and we will tell you before dispatch.

4. Online reservations and booking

When you choose a pickup option and select “Reserve this rate,” we hold that rate and pickup window for your load and assign you an agent and a load number. A reservation is a request to book; your load is booked when your agent confirms the carrier and pickup in writing (usually by email).

Pickup windows are estimates. If we cannot secure a carrier within your reserved window or at your reserved rate, we will contact you with options. You may accept a revised rate or window, or cancel at no charge.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Restricted freight

Unless we agree in writing before pickup, we do not accept: hazardous materials requiring placards, household goods, live animals, firearms or ammunition, cash or negotiable instruments, or shipments valued over $100,000. Online reservations are for non-hazardous freight only.

7. Extra charges (accessorials)

The following are not included in a quoted rate unless listed in your confirmation, and are billed if they occur: detention or waiting time beyond the free time stated in your confirmation, layover, truck ordered not used (TONU), driver assist or lumper fees, liftgate, inside or residential delivery, redelivery, tarping, stop-offs, oversize or overweight permits, pilot or escort vehicles, and storage. Your agent will confirm the amounts that apply to your load.

8. Cancellations and changes

You may cancel a reservation or booking at no charge any time before a carrier is dispatched. If you cancel or your freight is not ready after a carrier has been dispatched, a truck-ordered-not-used (TONU) charge may apply. Changes to pickup or delivery dates, locations or freight details after booking may change the rate.

9. Payment

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. First-time shippers may need credit approval or prepayment before dispatch. Invoices include the confirmed rate plus any accessorial charges incurred. You agree to pay us, and not the carrier directly, for services we arrange.

10. Loss and damage claims

The motor carrier is responsible for loss of or damage to freight in its possession, as provided by 49 U.S.C. § 14706 and the carrier’s terms, which may limit the carrier’s liability. Note any visible shortage or damage on the delivery receipt. Claims must be filed in writing within nine (9) months of delivery (or of the date delivery should have occurred), with supporting documents. We will help you file and pursue the claim with the carrier.

Carrier cargo insurance may not cover the full value of high-value freight. Ask us about additional cargo coverage before pickup if your shipment is high value.

11. Limits of our liability

As a broker, Limitless is liable only for its own negligence in arranging your shipment. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for delays, or for indirect, special or consequential damages such as lost profits, production downtime or penalties, and our total liability for any claim relating to a shipment will not exceed the amount you paid us for that shipment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by federal transportation law and, where state law applies, the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you reserve or tender a shipment applies to that shipment.
